RECRUITING ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for sourcing candidates, executing staffing activities, and assisting the Recruiters with day-to-day activities. The RA works with the team to determine open positions, job descriptions, and future talent needs with our current and prospective client companies.
- Identifying, assessing, and presenting a diverse slate of qualified candidates to current client companies
- Manages the interviewing/assessment and testing process.
- Responsible for managing and growing existing accounts
- Manage and continually build pipeline with an emphasis on integrity and meeting both personal and professional goals
- Willingness and ability to effectively communicate the services we provide to current, previous, and prospective candidates
- Daily prospecting by warm and cold calling, texting, emailing and setting appointments with active, inactive and prospective candidates
- Assist in completing new hires’ onboarding process.
- Meeting daily and weekly KPIs and goals set by you and your manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-Motivated and Goal Driven with a focus on our company is a MUST
- Positive, team player attitude and willingness to learn
- Must possess negotiation skills while demonstrating incredible professionalism and poise
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional record keeping, and multitasking skills
- Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with other business professionals
- Must be computer literate, able to overcome objections in a professional manner, and thrive to be the best
