CP Audits Client Service Department is seeking a pert-time customer service representative to join our team!
CP Audits is a Commercial Insurance Premium Audit Company, located in Itasca, IL who services Commercial Insurance Carriers with a nationwide Premium Audit Staff. We provide a unique approach for our client premium audit needs by completing audits as efficiently and effectively as possible. Due to our growing base of clients, we are seeking to hire the appropriate candidate to fill a customer service position to meet the demands of the business. This is a part-time office position. Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Resolving service-related issues and concerns amicably
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
- Inputting and coordinating data entry
- Preparing reports for management review and analysis upon request
- Providing administrative support to our clients and company business divisions
- Navigate through multiple platforms with speed and accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Desired Skills:
- Efficient and accurate typing skills
- Ability to interact with others professionally and with confidence
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Bilingual is a plus.
Experience: Minimum Education Requirement:
Entry Level Position High School Graduate
College experience a plus
