CPG Staffing is a construction staffing firm that specializes in supplying skilled construction labor for companies throughout the Southeast US. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Raleigh, NC! We are excited to offer you a full time position working Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Partnering with managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with internal clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven work experience in related field preferred
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work with little supervision

Pay will be based on experience!
