    Bilingual HR Generalist - Thousand Oaks/Glendale, CA area

    Join our Global Fortune 500 Fast Moving Consumer Goods FMCG Manufacturing team as a Bilingual HR Generalist at our high-speed manufacturing food and beverage plant commutable from the Glendale, CA area! In this role, you'll be a vital part of our unionized manufacturing plant, supporting 200 employees and playing a key role in various HR functions. We're looking for someone with Union Manufacturing experience, California labor law knowledge, and strong English/Spanish language skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the primary HR contact, offering support to all employees and assisting other HR Coordinators/GMs as needed.
    • Manage HR analytics, workforce activities, onboarding, policies, and guidelines to foster a proactive work culture.
    • Own data and analytics for the Manufacturing team, providing insights on HR processes and trends.
    • Oversee employee changes, terminations, LOAs, and HR program administration.
    • Lead recruitment efforts for hourly positions, coordinating interviews and working closely with hiring managers.
    • Assist with employee relations and workplace investigations.
    • Cultivate an engaged company culture through various activities.
    • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
    • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a unionized or industrial environment.
    • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
    • Knowledge of California employment law.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR technology, including payroll systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborative and teamwork-oriented.
    • Ability to build strong networks and maintain confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

    Compensation:

    Base salary: $78,000 – $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

    Performance-based bonus.

    Relocation lump sum available $7500 net
