Production Manager for a plant startup running High Volume High Speed Consumer Package Goods Food & Beverage Packaging production lines. Direct and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for either Industrial aluminum or other metal base manufacturing OR F&B grade CPG Packaging products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of industrial.
• Management Knowledge - 4+ years Management experience over direct reports. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Training - Ability to develop a particular skill in others to bring them up to a predetermined standard of work performance.
• Manufacturing - Four to ten years related industrial small part Aluminum Metal Manufacturing or CPG consumer package goods food & beverage high volume manufacturing exp.
• LEAN - knowledge of Lean & Continuous Improvement methodologies, GMP Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9000, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred 

• Education - Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university)
• Certifications - APICS certification a plus. Knowledge of HACCP, BRC or SQF protocols
• Greenfield plant start-up or plant expansion experience highly desired
