    The Manager of Compliance holds a pivotal role in driving supply chain compliance controls. This role encompasses maintaining records, overseeing governmental reporting, and managing controls linked to production. It's an opportunity to shape a culture of adherence to regulations and internal policies, while leading a team consisting of a Compliance Specialist and Compliance Analyst.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Facilitate Government Liaison: Act as a bridge between facility government records teams, regulatory agencies, and support external audits on-site as needed.
    2. Standardize Best Practices: Implement standardized State/Federal licensing, compliant government reporting protocols, and efficient import/export procedures. Streamline processes with new tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
    3. Educate and Guide: Coach supply chain teams on TTB regulations, reinforcing policy importance.
    4. Monitor Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the thorough monitoring and implementation of alcohol production and shipping regulations.
    5. Conduct Audits: Plan and execute internal alcohol beverage regulatory controls and compliance audits, managing both desk work and on-site engagements.

    Your Experience:

    1. Operations and Production: 5+ years compliance experience within a production and operations environment within the food & beverage industry; alcohol beverage experience beneficial but not required.
    2. Audit Proficiency: Prior audit experience is beneficial.
    3. Process Building: Demonstrated success in creating compliance processes and achieving strong internal/external audit outcomes.
    4. Meticulous Approach: Precision in understanding beverage alcohol laws, documentation requisites, and permit procedures.
    5. TTB Regulations Knowledge: Familiarity with Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau Regulations is beneficial.
    6. Effective Communication: Skill in communicating intricate concepts, business scenarios, and opinions clearly and pragmatically, both in writing and verbally. This includes interactions with internal stakeholders, external government bodies, 3rd-party vendors, and customers.
