    Senior EHS Manager - Dallas, Texas FMCG Beverage Manufacturing

    Join a dynamic team as a Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager at our Dallas, Texas beverage manufacturing and distribution facility, home to 600 employees. PSM Ammonia experience, Knowledge of Texas DEQ regulations beneficial, experienced managing direct reports in a union environment, boots on the ground! If you're an EHS Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Manufacturing industry, this role is designed for you.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Cultivate a proactive safety culture through a Safety Management System, engaging employees, supervision, and plant leaders in safe practices.
    • Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk reduction.
    • Drive cost-effective compliance, safety, and environmental initiatives, including capex projects.
    • Oversee waste management and zero-waste-to-landfill strategies.
    • Integrate EHS into plant systems and processes, conduct assessments, and lead corrective actions.
    • Manage EHS training programs.
    • Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce injury, illness, and environmental impact.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and corporate EHS standards.
    • Act as the liaison with regulatory agencies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in safety, environmental, health, chemistry, or related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in OSHA and EPA regulations.
    • PSM Ammonia experience is essential.
    • Multisite manufacturing experience is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Texas DEQ regulations.
    • Strong background in both safety and environmental/health aspects.
    • Experience in managing direct reports in a complex unionized environment.
