The Field Quality Manager is a corporate role for Quality Managers with high speed canning experience in a large brewery or related who knows how cans are palletized, KPI's for auditing warehouses, investigating Quality issues over 400 distributors in North America. This will require up to 75% travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related degree.
- At least 5 years of large, consumer goods 3rd party warehouse/distribution management & quality audit experience, preferably including at least 1 year experience in food, brewing, carbonated beverage, or alcohol industries working in quality & food safety.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Working knowledge of current regulatory policy relative to alcohol product storage and shipping.
- Must be a driven self-starter capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical skills. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist in managing non-conforming products to ensure they are not released without further analysis and proper approvals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking.
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word.
- Statistical process control skills and use of statistical analysis software preferred.
