About the role

SRE Engineering, D.P.C. is hiring a CPM Scheduler to support construction management services on NYC Health + Hospitals capital improvement projects. You will develop and maintain master project schedules, perform critical path and variance analyses, and keep stakeholders informed of project progress and risks.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software

Perform critical path analysis, variance analysis, and schedule impact studies

Prepare weekly look-ahead schedules and monthly schedule narrative reports for OFD

Evaluate contractor time extension requests and recommend approval or denial

Coordinate with Project Managers and field staff to capture accurate progress data

Prepare resource-loaded schedules and earned value tracking as directed

Qualifications

10+ years of CPM scheduling experience on construction projects

Proficiency in Primavera P6 required; MS Project a plus

Healthcare facility or occupied institutional construction experience strongly preferred

Experience with NYC public sector clients and prevailing wage projects preferred

PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent scheduling certification a plus
