We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce CPQ Specialist in Business Analyst with expertise in Omni Studio to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze business needs, design CPQ solutions, and leverage Omni Studio to enhance our Salesforce capabilities. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of CPQ processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and develop functional specifications for CPQ solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and work with development teams to implement solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• CPQ Implementation and Management:
• Design and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage CPQ functionalities including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote templates.
• Ensure the CPQ system is integrated seamlessly with other Salesforce modules and external systems.
• Perform regular system audits and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

OmniStudio Expertise:

• Utilize Salesforce OmniStudio to create and manage custom applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to support business processes.
• Design user-friendly interfaces and ensure high performance of OmniStudio solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest OmniStudio features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
• Salesforce Omni Studio Consultant Certification (preferred).
