Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to inquiries and feedback, maintaining professionalism and composure. • Ensure prompt and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence. • Stay informed on state regulatory agency statutes and community policies for each client. • Review Association financial reports and contribute to Annual Budget development. • Oversee property improvement and construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. • Provide supervision for front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, where applicable. • Cultivate positive relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. • Conduct thorough preparation for Board meetings and generate management reports in advance. Qualifications: • Preferred CMCA designation. • Display effective oral and written communication and listening abilities. • Showcase resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills. • Proficiently navigate computer programs like Word, Outlook, Excel, and databases. • Demonstrate organizational prowess and the capability to prioritize tasks independently. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. • Show meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. • Possess strong customer service skills and responsiveness. • Willingness to attend occasional evening meetings. • Exhibit professionalism consistently. • Maintain reliable transportation. • 4-year degree or college background preferred. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
