Position :
CPaT Global has an immediate need for a full-time Airbus Subject Matter Expert. We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Airbus Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As an expert in Airbus aircraft systems and procedures, you will play a critical role in providing instructional support and guidance to our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide subject matter expertise on Airbus aircraft systems and procedures.
· Collaborate with instructional design teams to develop high-quality training materials for pilot training programs.
· Review and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
· Clearly convey instructional concepts, ideas, and objectives to enhance learning outcomes.
· Create engaging presentations and instructional materials.
Position Requirements:
· Experience working with multiple Airbus aircraft models and variants, such as the A320, A330, A340, A350, and/or A380.
· Extensive background in pilot training, preferably with experience in classrooms and/or simulators.
· In-depth knowledge of Airbus aircraft systems, including but not limited to avionics, flight controls, and operational procedures.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for creating and delivering training materials.
· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to review and revise training materials for accuracy and clarity.
Compensation:
· Base Pay or Hourly (for part-time) negotiable based on SME experience and availability.
Location:
· Remote work is authorized.
