    Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the senior-level Human Resources Business Partner will be a key member of the Human Resources team working closely with Business Leaders on both strategic and tactical HR initiatives aligned to CR&R’s business objectives. They will have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources practice by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Provide HR support to internal clients in the areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, succession planning and compensation administration.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives designed to support CR&R overall business goals and objectives.

     

    Candidate Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree - Required. Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources and/or Labor Relations – Preferred.
    • Current SPHR/PHR/PHRca and/or SHRM CP/SCP certification - Preferred
    • Minimum ten (10) years HRBP/HR Director-level experience - Required
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Preferred
