    CR of Maryland is a Baltimore-based, rapidly growing real estate investment company. We are focused on acquiring and renovating a large number of properties throughout Baltimore. The company has acquired and renovated over 3,000 houses since 2004 and is in the process of purchasing and renovating 150+ homes annually, actively managing over $3M in renovations at any given time. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing 10-15 renovations at one time, taking the job from budget building through completion and punch out. The job is incredibly fast-paced and very demanding. The company is looking to grow in additional ways in the construction industry with significant opportunities for future growth. Responsibilities: • Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control • Build and maintain accurate budgets • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with established completion requirements/timelines • Recruit and hire subcontractors and vendors, oversee subcontractors throughout job progress • Manage proper permitting from start to finish • Computer savvy to utilize software for job progress and budgets • Testing all systems and functions of the homes to make sure they work properly Qualifications: • Impeccable ethics and integrity required • 2+ years of construction experience • Understanding of construction practices • Experience pulling permits and working with building inspection officials preferred • Ability to prepare construction schedules and cost estimates • Competent and comfortable with technology, computers, and MS Office • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • Ability to operate effectively given defined objectives • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000+ yearly
