STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION CONSULTANT
CRA recruits talented people who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in leadership communications. Consultants participate in an apprentice program designed to equip them with the skills and the tools they need to be successful as CRA Managing Directors.
Consultants, under the guidance of a Managing Director Mentor, analyze common client problems and develop solutions using CRA methodology. Following orientation, Consultants begin working with colleagues and clients and participate in a set of experiences to help each Consultant learn and grow. Along the way, Consultants receive ongoing coaching and guidance from their CRA mentor.
Upon successful completion of the program, Consultants will become Managing Directors, managing their own team and business.
