CRA counsels senior leaders and practitioners in the strategic use of communication to achieve business outcomes. Our client list includes 26 of the Fortune 100, many of whom have worked with us for over a decade. While no engagement is the same as the next, clients often seek our guidance when driving strategy, evolving culture, navigating crises, and leading through change. We also have a significant advisory business in corporate communication, working with leaders to build the team's function and talent maturity. Our consultation is rooted in the research from both academia and that we conduct independently; however, we are pragmatic in our approach. We fly under the radar by design, with the large majority of our work coming from repeat clients and direct referrals to new people and organizations.

*This position is remotely based but would need to travel to Philadelphia fairly frequently.
