Job Description

We are a premier and comprehensive eyecare and surgery center with offices located in Chula Vista, National City, La Mesa and El Centro. We have an immediate need for a Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center Representative to join our team. The position is based onsite in our office in Chula Vista, day shift,  M-F.  

As a CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE, you will provide excellent customer service to our patients via the phone. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls with outstanding customer service
• Placing recalls / follow up calls
• New patient registration.
• Insurance eligibility.
• Identifying urgent calls and escalating to Manager
• Taking detailed phone messages using electronic health record system.
• Sending inner office message.
• Scanning documents to electronic health record system.
• Following up on calls when necessary.
• Call logs and reports.
• Medical experience is preferred.
• Ophthalmology experience is a plus.
