Our firm is looking for an Associate Litigation Attorney who has exceptional analytical and writing skills. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of civil procedure, business law and litigation, and will be able to interpret and apply federal and state laws while working closely with partners and fellow associates. In this position, the successful candidate will interact with clients, opposing counsel, court clerks, and other judicial staff members and will possess excellent communication skills.

Associate Litigation Attorney:

The responsibilities of our successful candidate will include:

• Investigate the facts of a case and assemble the evidence to support a theory of the case.
• Negotiate a resolution with opposing counsel and formulate an appropriate strategy for trial.
• Analyze legal documents.
• Investigate, analyze, and summarize facts to support or oppose motions, dismissals, and settlements.
• Respond to discovery requests from opposing counsel.
• Prepare legal documents for the court.
• Prepare for trial.
