    Job Description

    As an OFFICE COORDINATOR you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work. Experience collaboration and continuous learning like never before amongst subject matter experts spanning across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process, and automation engineering; architecture and lab planning; procurement, estimation, virtual design & construction, health & safety, and construction management.     HOW WILL I CONTRIBUTE?

    This multi-faceted role includes such responsibilities as coordination of overall office functions for the local office, (e.g. meetings, facility management) as well as other special projects assigned, leveraging excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Working closely with the office leadership and other administrative staff
    • Processing accounts payable invoices for office related expenses
    • Facility Management – coordinating office maintenance and renovations, furniture procurement, leasing, and maintenance of general office equipment
    • Assist with coordination of front desk, incoming calls, and internal and external guests
    • Coordinating office events and facilitating local office meetings

    OFFICE LOCATION: Irvine, CA

    WORK MODE: Full time in office

    AS-NEEDED OPPORTUNITY

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma required; college degree a plus
    • 5 or more years of experience in an office administration/management role required
    • Strong ability to motivate others, resolve conflict, and work in a team environment required
    • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality with regard to sensitive data and information required
    • Proficiency in various computer programs (such as Microsoft Office, databases, SharePoint, etc.) required
