    Job Description

    As a PROJECT ENGINEER you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work.     HOW WILL I CONTRIBUTE?

    You will support the Project Manager, Superintendent, and other project team members in executing activities to support the construction of assigned project(s). You will help ensure the work performed is in conformance with the project objectives and the requirements of the construction documents. Primary areas of responsibility include bidding support, executing the submittal and RFI review process, document control, verification of as-builts, supporting quality control, supporting site safety, executing equipment receiving process, managing closeout documentation, and supporting cost management activities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Bid support and executing the submittal and RFI review process

    • Execute equipment receiving process

    LOCATIONS: Projects across San Diego County, especially in the Sorrento Valley and North County area

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering
    • Minimum of four years of experience

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office suite
    • Demonstrated capability with computer programs for project management and reporting; VDC tools
    • Competent in RFI/Submittal processing
    • Proficiency with mobile devices and VDC apps
    • Experience with life sciences or complex construction projects a plus
