As a PLUMBING DESIGNER you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work. HOW WILL I CONTRIBUTE?

You will focus on the design of waste and venting systems, domestic water systems, and natural gas systems in the built work environment. You'll assist with 3D modeling and design, conducting field investigations, performing red-to-black markup/review tasks, and producing discipline deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to lay out Plumbing systems in conformance with code requirements and in coordination with other design disciplines
• Produce discipline deliverables such as plumbing drainage plans (sanitary and storm), riser diagrams, service piping plans, schedules and details utilizing computer aided drafting engineering software in conformance with CRB’s VDC standards
• Work closely with internal architects, engineers, and designers, as well as external team members, to ensure a coordinated, constructible, and complete design
• Conduct field investigations to integrate the design with existing systems and structures

OFFICE LOCATION: El Segundo, CA

WORK MODE: Hybrid

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicable Associate degree or technical trade school certification
• 3 to 7 years of experience required including field experience in either a design or construction capacity
• Experience with implementing fundamental design aspects of domestic cold & hot water systems, non-potable water, soft water, tepid water, sanitary waste/venting, and storm water design
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD MEP
• Ability to communicate with clients and external trade partners
