    Job Description

    As a PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR, you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work.     HOW WILL I CONTRIBUTE?

    The Procurement Coordinator will provide support working with both internal and external clients regarding pre-qualification of equipment suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds are on file and accurate, and providing high level document control.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with both internal and external clients regarding pre-qualification of equipment suppliers and subcontractors
    • Ensuring certificates of insurance and payment & performance bonds are on file and accurate
    • Provide high level document control
    • Support multiple mid-level procurement functions throughout the bidding and buy-out phase

    WORK MODE: Hybrid

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience is preferred.
    • Up to two years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry.

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus.
    • Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role.
    • Strong Excel and data entry skills.
    • Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers
    • Possess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing risk
