As the REGIONAL PROCUREMENT MANAGER you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work. HOW WILL I CONTRIBUTE?

You will conduct analyses of market and delivery conditions and determine present and future material and subcontractor availability. You may lead the investigation, analysis, and interview of potential suppliers and subcontractor to determine manufacturing limitations, and ensure quality standards are met. The Regional Procurement Manager will manage the fulfillment of purchasing recommendations for project procurement as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform analysis of market and delivery conditions in order to determine present and future material and
• Investigate, analyze, and interview potential suppliers and subcontractor to determine manufacturing limitations, facilities, equipment, quality standards and experience
• Manage the fulfillment of purchasing task for project procurement
• Develop procurement strategies, bid soliciting, contract awards and contract management
• Maintain historical equipment procurement information so as to provide to the estimating department
• Responsible for all procurement activities on given projects by overseeing equipment and subcontractor procurement activities and coordination with project teams and Corporate Procurement

OFFICE LOCATION: This position can be based out of any Western Region office: San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, and Emeryville

WORK MODE: Hybrid

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience
• Minimum of eight years of experience in subcontracting and equipment purchasing
• Ability to develop relationships with key internal partners and external suppliers and trade partners

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Possess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing risk
• OSHA 30 certification
