We serve as part of the emergency response team, working with policyholders, insurance representatives, and contractors to restore peace of mind after a fire or water disaster. $18 - $22 $500 Sign On Bonus We are seeking a Field Project Coordinator for our emergency response team. The Project Coordinator will work in the field as a liaison to the client to identify project requirements and specifications, to include the pickup and delivery of contents with the assistance of a team of co-workers. This position requires business travel, in the greater Columbus, Ohio area, on a daily basis. Job Duties Include: driving to various sites to evaluate and organize the restoration projects. This is a field-based position that requires being comfortable in challenging environments following severe fire, water or wind damage. - Taking accurate inventory of affected textiles and electronics; packing and returning restored contents to clients according to company standards. - Consulting with the client to determine service needs and to explain the restoration process. - Supervising the work performed on the job sites and providing support to your assigned field team. - Assisting with loading and unloading damaged property belonging to clients - Fostering a culture of team work with honest communication, training, and positive recognition - Working directly with Insurance Adjusters and other vendors on the job sites. - Working in accordance with defined company process and procedures and other regulatory requirements. - Performing any additional tasks assigned by the operations manager in service to the client. Essential Functions - Must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds - Will sit bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach frequently - Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, smart phone, computer and other office electronics - Must be able to verbally communicate to clients, vendors and insurance adjusters - Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. - Must be able to read and share information in written form.'
