We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Organize workflow to meet specification and deadlines. Monitor production to resolve issues. Ensure output meets quality standards but can also be responsible for introducing and selling textile, electronic & art restoration services in response to fire, water and other damage to homes & businesses. Each local project manager/sales manager handles marketing activities with insurance adjusters and territory-based restoration contractors. A company vehicle will be provided for company use. Our Project/Sales leaders are on the front line in the field and are the face and voice of CRDN. This position is located in the North Little Rock area which is part of the rapidly expanding area in AR. This position will be 50% Project Manager and 50% sales.
