RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands the unique contributions and ideas that the visionary has and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company- Collaborates with the visionary to stay on the same page
Manage and create new processes and systems for the company (Must be efficient in creating SOPs for new processes for the teams to follow)
Implement scorecards company-wide and review, monitor, and make decisions based on data trends (Include performance reviews/plans if necessary)
Remove obstacles effectively
Achieve and exceed projected P&L objectives
Responsible for new hires, onboarding, and training
Lead, manage, and hold people accountable (Ensures that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency. Demonstrates effective project management skills)
Build out our lead marketing projects like funnel build outs and adjustments and
website development
Build out our media team to market our education program across social media platforms
Coordinate and grow events (products)
Negotiating affiliates and managing partner relationships
Taking on special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of Operations Management or Marketing Management experience
Experience with building out websites or managing others that build websites
Comfortable learning and using Podio CRM and smartphone phone system
Experience or certifications with SEO, e-marketing, social media marketing
Experience or certifications with click funnels, Kajabi, Teachable or other similar software’s
VSL experience
Merchant account experience
Knowledge of Lucid charts and process mapping is a plus
Advanced experience with Excel
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills
Strong communication skills (must be the model for communicating)
COMPENSATION
$60,000 + Bonuses
