Job Description

Seeking energetic individual to join a disruptive fin-tech team in a fun and creative center city environment, launching a disruptive next generation banking product designed to empower ordinary consumers and be a rare "good guy" in financial services. This role requires both a strong technical foundation as well as broad business experience.

Project is already in its final stretch and near launch, so most of the laborious tasks are finished and finalized. Depending on specific skill sets, individual would be tasked with projects ranging from product development, machine learning, UAT and UX Testing, to new product integrations.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partnering with business and tech partners both internally & externally, facilitating integrations in a fast-paced environment.

• Tracking action items, risks and issues & identify/drive related escalations.

• Conducting and documenting requirements gathering, analysis and design discussions; translating business requirements to technical solutions.

• Working with QA & Development to write test scenarios/scripts, ensuring traceability to all requirements.

• Using formulas/queries to efficiently analyze & present data in dashboards or similar reports to management.

​REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

• 5+ years of business analysis &/or project management experience

• 5+ years of software development and/or technical writing experience

• Working knowledge of Agile/SDLC

• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills

• Experience with any of the following tools/languages is desired:

• Python

• HTML/CSS

• Java

• SQL

• Jira/Confluence

• Adobe Suite

• Postman

• Swagger
