    Paid Training, Base Salary and Uncapped Commission We are a home buying company that purchases homes directly from sellers in order to fix and flip. If you've ever watched a house-flipping show on HGTV, that is the essence of what our business does. We purchase homes that need work, renovate them, and then resell them to traditional home buyers. The sales representative position is the front lines of the business. You are responsible for meeting sellers face to face in their homes to determine whether selling directly to a home buyer makes sense for them. This involves having a consultative conversation with the seller, going over their options, and helping them to make the best decision for themselves in the home sale process. Responsibilities: • Contact sellers who have asked to meet with us face to face and schedule face to face appointments • Build rapport with sellers both over the phone and in person • Conduct pre-appointment research to determine what our offer would be(we train you on how to do this) • Meet with the seller at their home to review all of their options Qualifications: • Reliable transportation and willingness to drive up to 1 hour from office to take face to face seller appointments • High School Diploma • Prior sales experience preferred but not required • Willingness to obtain your Massachusetts real estate license Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000
