Our Company is the largest fix and flip company in New England and we are seeking a construction partner to help us renovate our current projects that we are flipping. We will deliver great deals to flip to you from our sales and marketing efforts and you will be responsible for taking those projects from start to finish - on time and on budget. We will then split the profits on the deals - our average profit on a fix and flip is $60,000 and we can deliver between 6-12 deals per year to this partner based on our current deal flow in this market. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves the construction side of the fix and flip business but doesn't love the process of trying to find the next deal to flip. Responsibilities: • Create a budget for the prospective fix and flip project • Hire, manage and monitor the construction of the fix and flip project from start to finish • Handle any punch list items that come up after a home inspection Qualifications: • Must have prior fix and flip construction experience - this can't be your first project • Must be able to carry a fix and flip construction project from start to finish - without any involvement from our team • Must be a self starter Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000+
