Job Description
Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers in their industry. Located in the Archdale area, they are looking for 2 Accounts Receivable Specialists to assist on two separate projects. These positions are contracted for 3 months only.
PAY:
JOB DUTIES:
- Timely, accurate posting of payments
- Balancing posted batches to reports
- Balancing closing registers daily
- Handling customer service calls regarding account status and/or payments
- Respond to requests from various departments
- Help clean up aging reports
- Managing Cash applications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Three plus years of AR experience
- Must be able to multi-task, with excellent organizational abilities & attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, can work at a fast pace
- Must be a quick leaner, and easily adapt to change
- Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; be a team player
- Excellent PC Computer Skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and data entry
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is plus
