DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION: CRG is searching for a Contract Master Data Specialist with one of our clients in the South Park area of Charlotte. This client is an industry leader in their space with an excellent team, awesome office environment, and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact. The primary responsibility the Master Data Specialist is the management of master data that is used for quoting, invoicing, contract management, and service delivery.

OPPORTUNITY: 6 month contract + possible extension 

LOCATION: 100% on site - South Park

COMPENSATION: $18.50

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the establishment, implementation and improvement of policies, processes, and procedures with regards to data management
• Perform change management for the required data changes and ensure that new data collected and changes to current data are aligned with major business systems
• Support adherence to the applicable data related governance processes and procedures
• Manage and validate requests for new data or changes to current data, including associated information
• Work with divisions to ensure that master data is leveraged
• Support periodic checks on data usage in major business systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 year college degree, highly preferred
• Experience in master data, highly preferred
• Dynamics 365 experience, highly preferred
• Strong data entry and clerical experience, required
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and strong communication skills, required
