We have dominated several ad platforms and are looking to expand to YouTube with creative video ads. Your role will be writing + placing ads, identifying key targeting and audiences, managing to key metrics, and scaling campaigns once we reach goal ROAS.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Digital Media Buyer for YouTube with a focus on optimizing for conversions

• Own the account, determining platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies, and more

• Setup controlled A/B testing of campaigns

• Write and create winning ads

• Become an expert in platforms you manage.

• Build relationships with platform reps and optimize opportunities from each platform

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT DIGITAL MEDIA BUYER:

• YouTube/Google Experience. Experience with the Google Ecosystem a huge plus.

• Experience running at scale and optimizing ROAS.

• Extremely hungry, data-driven individuals ready to learn and grow quickly

• Highly organized and comfortable running multiple campaigns at once

• Strong pattern recognition skillset

• Self-driven and able to thrive without supervision

• Direct Response experience is a huge plus
