Overview: Nossi College of Art & Design is seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions Recruiting Director to lead and oversee our recruiting efforts across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the education, committed to diversity and inclusion, and possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills. This role is pivotal in driving the college's enrollment growth and enhancing its reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of admissions recruiters located on campus and in neighboring states.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure recruiters are knowledgeable about the college's programs, admission policies, and best practices in student recruitment.

Strategic Planning:

• Create and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract a diverse and talented student body.
• Analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to inform recruiting strategies and outreach efforts.

Outreach and Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, art organizations, and other relevant entities to promote the college and its programs.
• Represent the college at national and regional recruiting events, college fairs, and community activities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment activities, progress toward goals, and market analysis to senior management.

Marketing and Communication:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine recruitment materials, including brochures, digital content, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication of the college’s brand, values, and programs to prospective students and their families.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the admissions recruiting budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the use of financial resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, recruiting, or a related field, preferably within higher education.

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Passion for the arts and commitment to promoting arts education.

• Willingness to travel frequently to various recruitment locations and events.
