    Job Description

    We’re looking for a **results-driven CRM & Cold Email Outreach Specialist **who can own and scale our internal outbound pipeline using cold email. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to turn a provided lead list into booked calls and signed clients. Part- time, 5-10 hours per week. Hourly + bonus structure. See below.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute high-performing B2B cold email campaigns targeting eCommerce brands

    • Lead scraping finding key contact names and email addresses for provided leads

    • Manage and optimize outreach using Instantly (must be highly proficient)

    • Follow up with leads via email within our CRM system

    • Personalize and iterate messaging to improve reply and conversion rates

    • Monitor and optimize email deliverability (domains, inbox placement, warming, etc.)

    • A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, and sequences

    • Track campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs (open, reply, booking rates)

    • Collaborate with internal team to align messaging with agency offerings

    • Convert warm replies into booked calls and qualified opportunities

    Someone who treats cold email like a performance channel, not just sending emails, but optimizing a system that consistently generates revenue.

    • Proven experience in B2B cold email outreach (agency or service-based preferred)

    • Advanced experience using Instantly (campaign setup, inbox rotation, scaling)

    • Strong expertise in email deliverability best practices

      • Domain setup & warming

      • Spam avoidance & inbox placement

      • Technical understanding of DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

    • Ability to write high-converting cold email copy that stands out in an inbox

    • Data-driven mindset with strong testing and optimization skills

    • Experience targeting or working with eCommerce brands is a plus

    • Self-starter who can manage campaigns independently

    • Pre-built lead lists of qualified eCommerce brands

    • Clear ICP and targeting direction

    • Proven service offerings with strong market demand

    • Support from internal team for closing and onboarding

    Additional Information

    Compensation

    • $20–$30/hour (based on experience)

    • $150 bonus per signed client contract generated from your outreach
