An experienced CRNA could earn into the high $500Ks with an extra 8 hour shift a week. A new graduate could earn about $330K with incentives but no extra work and experienced people would make up to $490K. Bonuses can be up to $170K in total for a new graduate plus student loan programs. With banked PTO and a large retirement program this role has much to offer financially. Particularly as this is an affordable area.
