Job Description:

Optigy is seeking experienced CRNAs for a high-demand surgical environment in Midland, MI. This is a flexible opportunity with multiple shift lengths, a supervised model, and float coverage across two sites.

Shift Options:

• 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hours
• Later and weekend shifts available (3 PM – 11 PM)
• 40-hour guarantee available
• Float Requirement: Must be able to work at either of two locations (notified day before if reassigned)

Case Mix:

• Neuro, endoscopy, radiology (no heart cases); limited pediatric but primarily standard cases
• Volume: 36–46 total cases per day across two sites; 15–20 per site
• Model: Supervised CRNA (4:1 ratio); physicians perform blocks/regional
• Procedures: CRNAs must place their own arterial lines
• EMR: EPIC

Certification Requirements:

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• NBCRNA
• State License Requirement: Michigan
