CRNA – Go Home Early, East Texas Lifestyle and Autonomy

This CRNA opportunity offers what many providers are looking for but rarely find: a predictable weekday schedule where leaving early is routine, not the exception. You’ll join a stable, CRNA-only practice with efficient OR flow, light call, and leadership that prioritizes work-life balance. Most days wrap up ahead of schedule, callbacks are minimal, and post-call days are protected.

CRNAs practice autonomously in a supportive environment with a straightforward, bread-and-butter focus and optional regional anesthesia exposure for those interested. The position is structured as a full-time permanent1099 role with competitive annual compensation and standard time off, designed to support long-term retention rather than short-term intensity.

Located in East Texas, the area offers lakes, outdoor recreation, low congestion, and an affordable cost of living with easy access to Tyler and Longview as well as larger metro areas — an ideal balance of space, comfort, and consistency.
