Our firm is a large National firm with presence on both coasts is growing in Oakland!

We are currently looking to hire a seasoned attorney with at least 5 years of Plaintiff personal Injury experience. You will manage your own caseload handling all aspects of your claims and cases - from client intake, through pre-litigation, litigation and trial. Significant participation in at least three jury trials is highly desirable! We are looking for attorneys who are eager to try cases and build their careers as successful trial attorneys.

Your team includes a dedicated litigation paralegal, a case manager in addition to other support staff resources for dictation, medical record acquisition, discovery, and lien reduction. The firm’s model provides its attorneys with significant autonomy within the firm’s structure. Within this structure, you will be responsible for decisions from case acceptance, prosecution, settlement and you will partner with firm management to determine which cases should be tried to verdict to maximize the client’s recovery.

Compensation is highly competitive with no cap on potential earnings. Third-year compensation can exceed $500,000.00. We offer excellent health and retirement benefits, and generous paid time off!
