Crossed Keys Estate is looking for a Host/Hostess to join The Taproom at Crossed Keys Inn. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing an exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and seat them at dining table or bar

Provide guests with menus and inform them of any available specials

Accept orders and payment for meals and operate the POS system

Address guest concerns and collect guest feedback

Support bartending or kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience as a host/hostess, server, or busser is preferred

Friendly and outgoing personality

Excellent communication skills

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays

Ability to build relationships with frequent customers

Familiarity with food safety guidelines
