    Job Description

    Client Service Representative

    Duration: 3+ month contract (potential to extend)

    PAY: $16.50 

    Location: Chicago, IL 60604 ONSITE

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for servicing clients and partners by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services.
    • Responds to the inquiries by providing the requested information, or referring the inquiry to the appropriate area for resolution.
    • Researches and resolves inquiries to communicate resolution to the appropriate parties.
    • This position will require various administrative tasks that include but are not limited to processing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and imaging documents through a scanner, handling legal correspondence, filing and computer input of client/participant data relevant to client accounts.
    • The candidate will be required to service calls from the retirees of our clients.
    • This position is considered an essential role which is needed in the office.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Customer Service Experience
    • Handling inbound and outbound calls
    • Bilingual is a PLUS
    • High School Diploma/Equivalent
