    Job Description

    Description: The solution architecture position will be responsible for planning and design of new Hardware and Software to meeting business requirements. PRIMARY COMPETENCIES: Understands all options available and objectively presents those options to management and leadership. Acts as an internal consultant on many initiatives. Demonstrates abilities to self-learn. Able to articulate architecture proposals relevant to the audience. Proves the feasibility of proposals through lab work including custom development proofs of concept and mock-ups.     Preferred Skills 

    Required skills: • 2-3 years of experience with Data Anonymization tools (Delphix, Informatica Test Data Management) • 8+ years in-depth experience in RDBMS, SQL, ETL • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Big Data and unstructured data management • Experience in anonymizing the structured data (SQL/No-SQL, Azure SQL, Cosmo DB) as well as unstructured((JSON/XML/BLOB) data. • Experience in corporate standards and guidelines for dealing with client data, including sensitive data • Experience in dynamic and persistent data masking techniques, including encryption, tokenization, randomization, substitution, customized masking techniques, and seed value masking. • Ability to understand the business and data domain of the customer or partner and the business problems the customer or partner is facing, with the intent to solve the business problems • Very familiar with Data Security principles • Strong oral and written communication skills Preferred skills: • Experience with Informatica IDQ • Experience in an Agile / Scrum environment Understand sensitive data standards such as HIIPA and PII
