    Job Description

    Customer Service/Patient Support Representatives Needed Immediately!!!!!

    The CSL Staffing Team is looking for full-time Customer Service Representatives who wants to contribute to a rapidly-growing, health care services company located in Kearney Mesa. This is a temp to hire, full -time position Monday -Friday. 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

    • Serves patients over the phone with providing health care services
    • Building a supportive relationship with patients while providing care coordination support that will ensure access to appropriate services for their health needs
    • Assist with on-boarding patients
    • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
    • Answers/Responds to patient calls
    • Maintain high call volume each day
    • Building a supportive relationship with patients while providing care coordination support that will ensure access to appropriate services for their health needs
    • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
    • Work closely with Insurance department
    • Schedule monthly phone calls with patients
    • Maintains accurate and detailed records in company database
    • Updating Patient records
    • Communicate to PCP any significant changes in patient concerns along with any updates on patient status
    • Monitor and maintain goal levels of calls per hour, calls placed on hold, ring no answer, transfer out, and availability in Queue.
    • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
    • Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements
    • Duties and responsibilities may be subject to change based upon the needs of the department

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 year(s) work experience in Healthcare preferred
    • Customer service call center preferred
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
    • Excellent customer service skills, including phone and interpersonal skills
    • Previous experience in medical assisting or other medical fields
    • High School or equivalent or higher education
    • Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak) preferred
