We are seeking an organized and proactive CSR/Dispatcher to manage and coordinate our evening operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Receive and dispatch service requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication with field staff and customers.
- Monitor and track active service orders, making real-time adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure that all evening operations are seamless and aligned with company procedures.
- Accurately log service information into the system and prepare end-of-shift reports for management review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner, offering solutions and escalating matters when required.
- Maintain open communication lines with field staff, offering logistical support and information as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- CRM Service Titan knowledge is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or dispatcher role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize during high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using dispatch and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions during evening shifts.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
