- Coordinate with team members to ensure the availability of resources and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor service progression and update customers on expected arrival times and any changes to schedules.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly responding to feedback and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the billing department to generate and process service invoices accurately.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role, preferably within the plumbing or home services industry, is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in using scheduling and dispatch software - ServiceTitan, as well as Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
