CSR Lead Auditor Vancouver WA 1099 Contractor
Responsibilities:-
Execute the Second Follow-Up Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Audit for the client Sagemcom at their supplier Vexos Vancouver (located in Washington, USA).
The main focus is to assess compliance and verify the closing out/remediation of findings from the previous audit conducted in November 2025. Estimated duration is 1.5 man-days on-site.
CRITICAL SPECIFICATIONS & CONSTRAINTS:
Security Protocol: The auditor must work under an permanent on-site escort and strictly adhere to the NO PHOTOGRAPHY policy unless explicitly authorized.
Protective Gear: Mandatory wear of anti-electrostatic discharge protection equipment (ESD smock and shoe straps) provided directly by the plant.
Soft Skills: High fluency and neutral approach for brief interviews (10-15 mins) with plant operators and workforce without stopping or causing delays to active production lines.
Technical Qualifications:
CSR Certification / ITAR & CAPA compliance AND 5+ years' experience as a CSR Lead Auditor
Expert in Corporate Social Responsibility standards
Solid experience auditing suppliers in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
Deep understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) compliance framework evaluation, including labor laws, occupational health and safety (HSE), and environmental metrics.
