    Role Overview

    Rooter King Plumbers is seeking a motivated CSR/Admin who thrives in performance-based environments. This hybrid front-desk/sales-support role offers a modest guaranteed salary, rewarding high performers through a commission structure tied to successful service sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    Answer and manage inbound calls, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries professionally.

    Generate quotes and process orders, ensuring accuracy and quick turnarounds.

    Follow up with customers post-service for satisfaction, feedback, and potential upsells.

    Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch to ensure smooth service delivery and billing.

    Track completed sales and calculate commission on services rendered.

    Maintain records in CRM or scheduling software; support back-office tasks like invoicing and documentation.

    Compensation & Incentives

    Base Salary: $20,000–$30,000 annually, tied to experience and performance.

    Commission: 3% on all service sales (only for jobs that are completed).

    Opportunities for bonuses or raises tied to customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell volume.

    Requirements

    Experience in customer service or administrative roles—ideally in home services, HVAC, or plumbing.

    Strong phone etiquette, negotiation, scheduling, and sales support skills.

    Comfortable with performance-based compensation and motivated by commission.

    Familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems.

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
