    Position Overview
    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in San Antonio to support daily customer interactions by handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate account and service records. This role ensures customers receive timely, professional assistance and clear communication.

    Primary Responsibilities
    • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
    • Provide information on products, services, pricing, and order status
    • Process new orders, account updates, returns, and exchanges
    • Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
    • Troubleshoot issues and work with internal teams to resolve concerns
    • Maintain accurate customer files, notes, and service records
    • Follow up on open issues to ensure timely completion
    • Provide general administrative support (data entry, emails, documentation)

    Minimum Requirements
    • 1–2 years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic CRM knowledge preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
    • Excellent communication and customer-interaction skills
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English
    • Experience handling customer accounts or order processing
    • Basic Excel skills for logs, reports, and record tracking
