CSS is working with a nationally ranked law firm specializing in the collection of delinquent government receivables seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Bilingual Collector to join there Conroe, TX location.

Responsibilities:

• make collections calls to delinquent taxpayers
• collect taxes over the phone and in person
• monitor payments
• research and skip tracing of delinquent accounts
• conduct field inspection
• Input data to set up automatic payments and verify payment data

Requirements:

• bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of insurance on personal vehicle that they will be driving for work
• MVR Background check, employees must have a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
• bachelor's Degree preferred
• prior experience collecting on delinquent accounts
• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• HIGHLY organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
• possess EXCELLENT grammar, spelling, and analytical skills
• good time management skills along with the ability to shift priorities easily & quickly in the course of the work day or week.
• must be able to understand, interpret and apply policies and procedures as well as follow instructions, whether written or oral.
• communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• accurate typing 45+ WPM
• works independently, with little need for supervision
