    SUMMARY: Responsible for participating in the completion of deliverables. Reviews and monitors Salesforce capabilities and department needs to design effective support processing programs. Performs development on Salesforce platform to ensure that department goals are being met, and where necessary, designs program structures and outlines steps to achieve the credit union goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Work closely with leads to understand the top opportunities, identify agent-centric solutions, and contribute to the strategic roadmap
    • Proactively identify areas of the product that need improvement
    • Collaborate with Product Owners to conceive and refine project requirements, user needs, and business needs
    • Communicate and test the user experience at various stages of the design process
    • Interact with Credit Union’s key Business and Technical stakeholder for Solution Designing and Architecture
    • Contribute as a strong technical lead, who can guide the team through the solutions after reviewing with the Solution Architect
    • Subject matter expert – Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities
    • Contribute in all the phases of software development cycles
    • Actively participate in code reviews of own code and of peers
    • Create Technical Documentation
    • Monitor/ Track/ Review the delivery to ensure the best practices and design principles are adhered into delivery
    • Provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies

    REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, ENGINEERING, OR OTHER RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD
    • 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH SFDC PLATFORM AND SERVICE CLOUD ECOSYSTEM
    • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SALESFORCE IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT, 5+ YEARS (REQUIRED)
    • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING LIGHTNING COMPONENTS (REQUIRED)
    • MUST HAVE PLAYED THE ROLE OF A TECHNICAL LEAD IN AT LEAST 1-2 SFDC PROJECTS
    • THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF SFDC AND WELL VERSED IN CONFIGURATION, CUSTOMIZATION, AND INTEGRATION. (REQUIRED)
    • Must have knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Platform
    • Must be Salesforce Certified Developer [Platform Developer I or II]
    • Must have held Lead Developer, 3+ years (Required)
    • Must have Experience with Industry standard Repo tools like GIT
    • Must have Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
    • Must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have Azure CI/CD based deployment
    • Must have Experience in complex integrated environment where multiple systems interact with Salesforce
