We are a growing environmental services company in Southern California looking for a Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) for ongoing sampling and field work.

This is a 1099 subcontractor role with consistent work available.

Compensation:

$150–$350 per job (depending on experience)

Higher rates for commercial projects

Responsibilities:

Perform asbestos bulk sampling in residential & commercial properties

Properly label and document samples (chain-of-custody)

Take site photos and basic field notes

Coordinate with office team for lab submission

Requirements:

Active California CSST certification

Experience with asbestos sampling and documentation

Reliable transportation

Basic PPE knowledge and compliance

Ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

Lead sampling experience

Mold sampling experience
